Google introduced the service Currents: More recently, Google has closed its social network Google+. Then the search giant announced that the corporate part of the service would continue to work and now it became clear exactly how.
How is it?
Currents is the G Suite package, already familiar on Google+, but with a new design and slightly enhanced functionality. He, however, does not stand out very much among other corporate instant messengers, like the same Slack. Users can chat within a group, take notes, add tags to them, assign a priority, or post posts.
Currents is currently running in beta mode, but those who wish can already receive access via [email protected] mail. All existing publications from G Suite will be transferred to the new service.
