Google promises to continue to produce cheap Pixel

Google continue cheap Pixel: The other day, Google introduced the new Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL smartphones, which have become simplified versions of Pixel 3, and in combination – the cheapest in the “pixel” family. As it turned out, Google is not going to stop there and promises more such models.

What they are planning?

On the sidelines of the conference for Google I / O developers, company representatives said that the release of Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL is not a one-off event. In the future, the manufacturer plans to regularly produce such simplified models. Most likely, they will be published once a year.

Recall, the new products have received many of the capabilities of older Pixel 3, but at the same time, they cost almost half the price.

The main camera here is the same, the processor is simpler, while the front cameras instead of two sensors have one. In terms of battery capacity, Pixel 3a XL even outperforms Pixel 3 XL – 3700 mAh versus 3430 mAh.

Of course, it is possible that further models with the prefix ” a ” will lose many functions.

For example, if the following “pixels” will receive not single cameras and subscreen fingerprint scanners, it is unlikely that they will be preserved by younger models – this is expensive.

By the way, the new smartphones were fully developed by HTC engineers, who at the end of 2017 switched to Google.
