Huawei is ready to start selling the P30 and P30 Pro and has high hopes for its new flagships.
In the first batch of only 6 million smartphones – both for the Chinese market and for other countries. Therefore, the deficit just will not, like Xiaomi.
And just before the end of the year, the company plans to sell at least 20 million series smartphones. But other figures, no one does not expect, because as early as this year, Huawei wants to oust Samsung on sales and become the market leader in smartphones.
By the way, the main production volume of P30 and P30 Pro will be taken over by Foxconn. This is the main manufacturer of the iPhone for Apple and the same company that just recently wanted to abandon the unprofitable production of Android-smartphones. It seems that the Huawei order will help to solve the problems of Foxconn and take the place of Apple, which recently only reduces the volume of orders for smartphones. A total of more than 50,000 Foxconn employees will be involved in the production of the P30 and P30 Pro.
China sales of Huawei flagships will start on April 11.
Huawei P30 will be available in China in three variants: 8 GB RAM + 64 GB of storage for 3988 yuan (about $ 590); 8 GB RAM + 128 GB of data storage cost 4488 yuan (about $ 665); and 8 GB of RAM + 256GB storage model for the price of 4988 yuan (about $ 740).
On the other hand, the Huawei P30 Pro will arrive in China in options such as 8GB of RAM + 128GB of memory; 8GB of RAM + 256 GB of memory; and 8GB of RAM + 512 GB of memory. The phones are expected to cost 5 588 yuan (~ 820 USD), 6 288 yuan (~ 935 USD) and 6988 yuan (~ 1040 USD) respectively.
Recently, during the Shanghai AWE 2019 conference, Yu Chengdong, CEO of Huawei’s consumer business, said the company plans to sell from 250 million to 260 million units of its smartphones as part of the joint sale of Huawei and Honor devices. Thus, the company seeks to become the best brand of smartphones or take second place.
