Live View AR in Google Maps: Google Maps added new feature Live View AR that would be a guide to indoor spaces

Several new updates were released by the Google Maps app. The abilities to find your way through indoor areas such as airports, malls, and train stations using increased realism are one of the exciting features coming to the app.

The Live View feature for Android and iPhone was first released in 2019 but was initially limited to outdoors directions. To get access to the feature, search something on Google maps mobile app then tapping on “Directions” and tap “Live view” next to “Start” when available.

Live View AR has been launched in several centers of Chicago, Long Island, New York, Los Angeles, Newark, NJ, San Francisco, San Jose, and Seattle.

It will also be launched in Tokyo and Zurich in the coming months at airports, malls, and bus terminals. The feature is eventually supported by other cities and locations as well.
