After separating from Huawei, Honor continues to expand its line of smartphones and is now preparing for the release of another new product.
What is known?
According to the company’s product manager, Honor is working on a new device of the Honor Play line. If all goes according to plan, it will be presented next month. Unfortunately, there are no details about the device yet. It is only known that the new product should receive support for fast charging.
Recall that the last smartphones in this series were Honor Play 4 and Honor Play 4 Pro. They were introduced last summer. The base model has a Dimensity 800 chip, a 64 MP quad camera, and a 4300 mAh battery with 22.5 W fast charging.
The older version, in turn, is equipped with the flagship Kirin 990 5G chip, a 40 MP dual camera and a 4200 mAh battery with 40W fast charging. For the devices, they asked for $253 at the start of sales.
