OnePlus finally launched the OnePlus 10 Pro in China after days of teasing. The OnePlus 10 Pro is the brand’s latest flagship smartphone, and it succeeds the OnePlus 9 Pro from last year.
Moreover, it does not appear to be one because it has been redesigned. Let’s take a look at all that it has to offer.
OnePlus 10 Pro Specifications
The OnePlus 10 Pro is influenced by the Samsung Galaxy S21 series and the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra in terms of design. Like Samsung, the metal camera housing melts into the frame. Moreover, it shares Xiaomi’s large camera sensors.
It also has the same signature alert slider as its predecessors, as well as a matte rear glass panel. The handset measures 163 x 73.9 x 8.5mm and weighs 200.5g in terms of size and weight.
The device has a 6.7-inch second-generation LTPO AMOLED display (flexible) with variable refresh rates of 1Hz to 120Hz on the front. The curved panel has a 3216 x 1440 (QHD+) resolution, 525 PPI, a punch-hole in the top left corner, and an in-screen fingerprint reader.
The screen has a peak brightness of 1300 nits, a contrast ratio of 5000000:1, a 20.1:9 aspect ratio, a 92.7% screen-to-body ratio, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus safeguards.
The device is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. It’s the first device to run ColorOS 12.1 on Android 12.
HyperBoost (for gaming) and other features are included in the latest version of OPPO’s mobile operating system.
In terms of optics, the OnePlus 10 Pro features a triple camera setup at the back. This system consists of a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JN1 sensor, a 150° ultra-wide unit, and an 8MP 3.3x telephoto unit with OIS.
A 32MP Sony IMX615 sensor is on the front for selfies and video calls. Hasselblad has co-tuned all of these cameras with features such as Hasselblad Natural Color Optimization 2.0, XPan Mode, and others.
5G connectivity, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, NFC, USB Type-C (USB 3.1), an x-axis linear vibration motor, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support are among the smartphone’s other features.
Finally, a 5,000 mAh battery provides power to the device. Either 80W of SuperVOOC fast wired charging or 50W of AirVOOC fast wireless charging may be used to charge this cell. It also supports wireless charging in the reverse direction.
