Samsung Galaxy A80 appeared in AnTuTu: Yesterday, Samsung unveiled an unusual smartphone Galaxy A80. We, based on well-known information, assumed that the novelty runs on a Snapdragon 675 processor, but this does not seem to be the case.
What is known?
Galaxy A80 was noticed today in the AnTuTu benchmark database with the new Snapdragon 730 processor. It was presented just a few days ago. It is built on 8-nanometer process technology and has an Adreno 618 video accelerator.
Thanks to it, the smartphone gains 207,000 points in the test. This is an excellent result for an average chip. It can be compared with the flagship Snapdragon processor 835 and Kirin 970.
Galaxy A80 got a large 6.7-inch Infinity Super AMOLED-display and an unusual triple camera with a retractable and rotating design. The new product has 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of ROM, a 3700 mAh battery with a USB-C port and fast charging capacity of 25 W, as well as a subscreen fingerprint scanner.
Out of the box, the smartphone works on Android 9 Pie with the One UI shell. It will go on sale in late May or early June (depending on the country) with a price tag of about $ 750.
