Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy M42 5G tomorrow, and the smartphone is discovered in a Google Play Console listing just before the launch.
The M42 5G is reported to be a rebranded Galaxy A42 5G with similar Snapdragon 750G chipsets, HD+ displays, and even a42xq device codes, according to new information.
The Galaxy M42 will feature 6GB of RAM and will come with Android 11, possibly with One UI 3.1 pre-installed. A Super AMOLED display 6.6 inch, 48-PM primary camera and 5,000-MAH battery can also be expected.

The Samsung Galaxy A42 5G specs are currently shown in the Google Play Console list. However, since the phone is being launched in India under the name Galaxy M42 5G, the specs are just the same.
The list includes a 6GB RAM and a Qualcomm SM7225 chipset, the Snapdragon 750G processor. Regrettably, the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G features an HD+ (7201339) resolution, implying that the Samsung Galaxy M42 5G will also have an HD+ display. Finally, the phone can come pre-installed with Android 11.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 also features a 48MP quad camera, up to 8GB of RAM, internal storage of 128GB and 15W fast charging support for the battery of 5000mAh. Since the features mentioned above are yet to confirmed for the Galaxy M42 5G, but you can expect to see them on the handset soon in India.
