Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Specs & Renders Leak

Next month, Samsung is probable to introduce the Galaxy S22 series. The official launch date for Samsung’s new Galaxy flagship series has yet to be announced. The Galaxy S22 series, however, is expected to ship on February 8, according to rumours.

At the event, Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S22, S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. The S22 Ultra is considered to be the most heavily redesigned of the three smartphones.

MySmartPrice has got design renders from tipster Ishan Agarwal. The photos not only confirm certain prior rumours, but they also show some critical aspects about Samsung’s top-of-the-line flagship.

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Renders

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will sport a rectangular boxy shape that is similar to the now-defunct Galaxy Note series. The phone will replace the vacuum left by the Note series by supporting the S Pen and, more crucially, providing a place to put it.

According to Agarwal, the S22 Ultra’s S Pen would have a delay of 2.8 ms, the lowest so far.

As per the photos, the phone boasts a quad-camera arrangement on the rear. Agarwal also provided MySmartPrice with the device’s primary camera specifications and features.

A 108MP Super Clear Lens primary camera and a 12MP ultrawide camera will be included in the phone. It will also have two 10MP telephoto camera sensors with 3x and 10x optical zoom capabilities. The camera will be capable of 12-bit HDR recording as well as auto-frame rate.

A 6.8-inch 2X Dynamic AMOLED display with a 2K resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels will be seen on the front. It will feature a 120Hz refresh rate and a hole-punch cutout for the 40MP front camera in the top-center.

The screen will vary between 1Hz and 120Hz refresh rates using LTPO technology. It will also be protected against scratches and accidental drops with a layer of Gorilla Glass Victus+.

The smartphone will be 228 grams in weight and 163.3 x 77.9 x 8.9mm in size. It will be water and dust resistant to IP68 rating. For the 5000 mAh battery, the phone will also offer 45W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.

AKG-tuned twin speakers with Dolby Atmos will be used for audio. The smartphone will come pre-installed with OneUI 4.1, which is based on Android 11.
