After several months of rumors and leaks, Samsung has nevertheless released a new mid-budget tablet from the Galaxy Tab S7 line to the market.
What is known?
There were rumors that the device would be called Galaxy Tab S7 Lite , Galaxy Tab S7 + Lite or Galaxy Tab S7 XL Lite, but in the end, the device was announced as Galaxy Tab S7 FE.
This is a simplified version of the flagship Galaxy Tab S7 + . The novelty received the same appearance and a large 12.4-inch LCD-display with a frequency of 60 Hz, WQXGA resolution (2560 × 1600p) and thin bezels.
Under the hood, the tablet is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor paired with a built-in 5G modem, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM. Also, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE was equipped with an 8 MP main camera, a 5 MP front camera, AKG stereo speakers and a 10,090 mAh battery.
It supports 45-watt fast charging, but you have to buy it separately. But the device comes with a branded S Pen stylus and a six-month free subscription to the Clip Studio Paint graphic editor . Interestingly, the tablet also supports the “desktop” mode Samsung DeX. The gadget weighs 608 grams.
Price and when to expect?
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE has already started selling in Germany for 649 euros. Rumor has it that a little later there will be another version without 5G, which will cost 50-100 euros cheaper.
