Tecno has started showing teasing for its upcoming Pop 5 series smartphone, the Tecno Pop 5 Pro, weeks after launching the Tecno Pop 5 in India.
Tecno took to Twitter to provide a teaser for the Pop 5 Pro, implying that the smartphone would be launched soon. The teaser also implies that the device will be powered by a long-lasting 6,000mAh battery and would have a waterdrop notch.
The Tecno Pop 5 Pro is a more powerful variant of the Tecno Pop 5.
According to rumors, the Pop 5 Pro will include a 6.53-inch HD+ display, 2GB RAM, and 32GB storage, as well as a MediaTek Helio A25 SoC. The teaser has now verified the availability of a 6,000mAh battery.

Tecno Pop 5 Specifications
The Tecno Pop 5 has a 6.35-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1,600 x 720 pixels. The handset is equipped with a 12nm MediaTek Helio A25 CPU, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage.
It offers a MicroSD card slot for up to 256GB of additional storage. A 5,000mAh battery powers the Tecno Pop 5. The handset comes pre-installed with HiOS 7.6, which is based on Android 11.
The Tecno Pop 5 features a dual-camera configuration on the rear, which includes an 8MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture and an AI lens.
On the front, it boasts a 5MP camera with a waterdrop notch for selfies and video calls.
4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 80211, Bluetooth v5.0, and GPS are among the connectivity options. A 3.5mm audio jack is also included. The Pop 5 is IPX 2 splash-resistant as well.
