Xiaomi is working on two Android One smartphones with fingerprint scanners under the screen

One of the participants of the forum XDA-Developers revealed some information about new smartphones Xiaomi.

The Chinese manufacturer began testing three devices with the code names “Pyxis”, “Bamboo_sprout” and “Cosmos_sprout”. The last two are devices for the global market, which will be released as part of the Android One program. This is said by the word “sprout” (from the English sprout) in the names. There is no information about the first device, but presumably, this is the Chinese version of “Bamboo_sprout” or “Cosmos_sprout”.

Most likely, the new Android One devices will be the successors of last year’s Xiaomi Mi A2 and  Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite. The leak says they will get OLED displays with subscreen fingerprint scanners. They will also be equipped with a 32-megapixel front camera, like the  Vivo V15 Pro and Qualcomm 600th or 700th series processors. Other details about the novelty yet.

All three devices are due to be unveiled in the next few months.
