Xiaomi Redmi Y3 Officially Teased: Redmi sub-brand of a Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi did not give Samsung a breathing space in the market of the smartphone in India.
The brand that overturned Samsung as a market leader in the country abandoned the Redmi brand and then launched Redmi Go as well as Redmi Note 7 series devices, thus leaving the brand ahead of Samsung in terms of smartphones for sale.
Now, it seems that the Redmi brand is about to launch another device for India’s huge market. The Indian Head of the company has teased the upcoming new Redmi phone via its Twitter handle.
Mi fans! I got my hands on upcoming #Redmi phone & it is amazing! Went on a selfie rampage & the results are totally incredible.🤳
‘Y’ am I taking so many selfies? BTW I clicked ’32’ selfies with 32 @XiaomiIndia colleagues! 😉

The intention of the tease can clearly be seen from the selfies, that it is teasing the phone in the Y-series Redmi phone, which will launch with 32 MP selfie camera.
Although he did not mention specific devices, the tweets focused mainly on ‘Y’ and ‘ 32’, which clearly shows that we are dealing with devices in the Redmi Y series, perhaps Redmi Y3, which was approved by the Wi-Fi Alliance earlier this month.
Although not confirmed, the Redmi Y3 as a Pro variant of Redmi 7 may arrive in India with widespread speculation, which may suggest that “Redmi 7 Pro” will not come to India if the brand will release any device called Redmi 7 Pro.
It is not yet possible to determine when the so-called Redmi Y3 will be officially launched, but we should hear more from official soon.
