Lenovo world’s first 5G laptop: In December last year, Qualcomm announced made by regulations 7 nm of SoC the Snapdragon 8cx. Recall, the Snapdragon 8cx 5G platform is designed for constantly connected laptops (Always connected PC) and works in conjunction with the Snapdragon X55 modem. It provides peak speeds up to 7 Gbit / s and up to 3 Gbit / s for receiving and transmitting data.
SoC also comes with a GPU Adreno 680, which will provide twice the graphics power and to 60% more power consumption compared to the Snapdragon 850, and processor Kryo 495, which is twice more productive than similar Intel Core processor.
When to expect?
A laptop with a Snapdragon 8cx 5G debuts at Computex 2019, which opens in just a few days.
